Any legal matter arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hubli, Karnataka, India.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.
The seat of arbitration shall be Hubli, Karnataka, India. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your conduct may harm Prestige Overseas Recruitment, our users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution—shall continue to apply.
